2 Personal data
According to article 4 no 1 GDPR, personal data are any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Such data may include name, date of birth or IP address.

4 How our website functions
The website is supplied by a computer that specialises in the service (server), which automatically collects information every time the website is accessed and stores it in logfiles. The information is automatically transmitted by your browser unless you have configured your browser in such manner that the transmission of the information is suppressed. It is not possible for us to attribute the data gained in the logfiles about the visits made to the website to a specific visitor to the website.
AWB also does not combine these data with other data sources. The logfiles are designed to contain the following information:
The IP addresses are stored in anonymised form. For this purpose the last three digits are removed.
IPv6 addresses are also anonymised. Information on the record protection users is also anonymised after one day.
Error logs, which record faulty attempts to access websites, are deleted after seven days. Access via FTP is recorded in anonymised form and the data retained for 60 days.

6 Disclosure of personal data to third parties
6.1 Reasons for disclosure or transfer
6.1.1 AWB passes on your personal data in the context of contracted data processing (article 28 (1) GDPR to third parties if and insofar as it does not itself have the technical functionalities and knowledge. The scope of the transfer is restricted to the necessary minimum for the achievement of the purpose pursued by transmitting the data.
6.1.2 Our contracted processors are carefully selected, and regularly monitored in order to ensure that your data privacy continues to be protected. The contracted data processors are allowed to use the data exclusively for the purposes prescribed by us, and they are furthermore placed by us under a contractual obligation to handle your data exclusively in accordance with this data protection statement and the German data protection laws.

The abbreviation of the IP address ensures that it is not possible for the analysis of the use of our website to make a direct personal connection with an individual person.
Google Analytics is used on the basis of our legitimate interest in adjusting our website to demand and in carrying out statistical analysis and efficient marketing; also on the basis that our legitimate interests are not overridden by yours, article 6 (1) letter f) GDPR.
6.2.3 Google will possibly transfer this information to third parties where this is prescribed by law or where third parties process the data under commission from Google.
